Cancellation Policy: WilderSkills incurs most program expenses while preparing for our courses and trips. Additionally, as camp dates draw near, cancellations make it extremely difficult to refill event spots being held or recoup associated prep costs. As such, any cancellation request for a WilderSkills event must be received in writing via email at least 60 days prior to the event date. Any cancellation request made before the applicable cancellation date is eligible to receive a full refund (less a credit card processing transaction fees of 3% in order to process the refund back to the payment card type). No refunds are allowed after 60 days prior to the start of the event.
Reshedules: Reschedules are allowed to other event sessions with available space in the same calendar year if requested at least 30 days in advance.
Cancelled Programs: Full refunds or reschedules free of charge will be made if WilderSkills is forced to cancel a program. These standard cancellation terms are applicable unless other cancellation/refund policies are specifically written in the payment product details by WilderSkills.
Reservation Policy: 100% of fees are due at time of booking unless otherwise noted in writing by WilderSkills.
